My love for coffee continues to grow more and more each day. Sometimes I drink black coffee (lately I’ve been obsessed with this Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee) but most of the time I prefer something a little smoother like a latte or cappuccino. I have a Nespresso frother that came with my Vertuo coffee machine but you can buy the frother separately. I recommend using this type of frother over a handheld. I used to have a handheld frother and although it’s cheaper, it doesn’t heat the milk, it makes a mess because the milk splatters everywhere, and the milk doesn’t get nearly as frothy as it does with a heated frother. The type of milk plays a huge part as well but with a standing heated frother, this hasn’t been as big of an issue! Cashew milk doesn’t get as frothy as almond milk but I did try this Almond Breeze creamy
